The Crackling Cauldron is the second cave in Pikmin 4. Found in the Sun-Speckled Terrace, this cave has a number of fire hazards that require the use of Red Pikmin to destroy. Yellow Pikmin and a castaway can also be found in this cave.

To access this cave, go to the Rugged Scaffold, ^{[confirmation needed]} then go down to a nearby dirt wall and defeat the Bulborb. After breaking down the wall, the cave's entrance will be covered by a pile of dirt.
