The Dodge Whistle is a treasure in Pikmin 3. It allows the leaders and their Pikmin to roll left or right by pressing Left or Right on the D-Pad. This can be very useful for dodging the attacks of creatures such as the Armored Cannon Larva and Arctic Cannon Larva. This one is the easiest to spot.

The Dodge Whistle is located in the Distant Tundra, where it is on a ledge near the Paper Bag outside the Vehemoth Phosbat's arena. Ten Pikmin thrown onto the Bouncy Mushroom can be used to avoid throwing a captain down with it. The Dodge Whistle is guarded by two Swooping Snitchbugs, and the Joustmite, Skeeterskates, and Bearded Amprats are on the route the Pikmin use to take it to the Drake. However, this can all be bypassed with the use of Winged Pikmin. It is advised you keep tabs on the Pikmin as all of said enemies will try to eat them.
