Giya is the planet that the Rescue Corps was founded on. As such, this is where most of the Rescue Corps members were born. Despite this, not much is known about Giya. It is known that Erma Shepherd, Collin, and Oatchi were born there. The name comes from the location of Nintendo's original headquarters: Kagiya-cho.
