The Mii is a digital avatar featured on several of Nintendo's consoles, the first being the Wii. They had their first Pikmin-related role as characters in Pikmin Adventure, where one character can dress up as Olimar and the others as Pikmin. They are also the main protagonist of Pikmin Bloom. The appearance and gender of the Mii can be customized by the player. The Mii is able to command Pikmin of every type, while using a special back-worn apparatus called the Planter Pack to grow Pikmin seedlings obtained on their native planet, Earth. The Pikmin can retrieve fruit and seedlings throughout the world to gather nectar that can allow them to produce flowers, which the Mii can dispense and spread across areas they walk.
