Pikmin pulling on the potted plant in the Sun-Speckled Terrace in Pikmin 4
Potted plants are obstacles in Pikmin 4. They are broken flower pots that tipped over on the ground. Potted plants are among the obstacles to block paths. Every potted plant holds a clump of dirt and a plant with a short stem and two leaves on top, but its roots are both large and exposed. Many Pikmin and Oatchi can pull back on the exposed plant from the stem, stretching it out further until the plant is freed and the chunks of dirt break apart, permanently opening a path.
The first potted plant is encountered in the Rescue Command Post. Another one is located in the Sun-Speckled Terrace.
