Russ is an officer of the Rescue Corps Crew that was sent to save Captain Olimar.

An inventor, material engineer, and lover of all things science. Russ provides the player with the ability to make useful upgrades and single use items. He runs the Lab.

Appearance

Russ wears a spacesuit the same color as the one you picked for your character. He wears glasses and he is bald.

Story

Russ is first found in either Last-Frost Cavern or Crackling Cauldron.

Mechanics

While at the Rescue Command Post, the player can give Raw Material to Russ in exchange for Equipment or Items. In addition to this, after Russ is rescued, the player can turn Raw Material into clay and use it to construct things like bridges, climbing walls, and ramps.
