In the onions picture, there are many kinds of onions. They are blue,black,pink,cyan,lime,and orange. I think blue is blue onion, black is rock onion, and pink is winged onion. So cyan,lime, and orang onions left. I have only orange pikmins idear. The orange pikmins are very weak,but the monster eat them..... the monster change the pikmin. So their HP is very many. But they can't use this skill boss monsters.
That didnt make any sense, a pikmin should have a specific trait that is unique to it, it needs to be balanced as well, there is a reason why bulbmin can never leave the caves, because they would be too OP. A pikmin should have a trait that doest make use of other pikmin obsolete, but it shouldnt have to overcomplicate the game and force you to have to do a specific button have to only be used to control an action that the pikmin can do. Any action that you can do in the game should be something that follows for all pikmin. This is how its done in the game, this is why you need to plan ahead and divide up pikmin when doing specific tasks. But it shouldnt be that if you have a wing pikmin for example and push ZL the pikmin does a loop in the air, if that is the only thing that the ZL button does then that is very pointless.
A single pikmin type must not overcomplicate things. Pikmin shouldnt be able to change types by being eaten. They should only be allowed to change via Candypop Buds.
Its importiant to have balance between pikmin types.
If bulbmin return then they would only be exclusive to certain areas or heavily nerfed. Because if you could have brought even a single bulbmin to the titan dweevil boss in pikmin 2, the boss would be so much more easy.
My own Pikmin Ideas:
Thorn Pikmin: Doesn’t whip enemies it’s on. Like white Pikmin, they deal damage when eaten. They also take longer to swallow(they are so pokey, they stick)
Brown Pikmin: they can dig faster and deal more damage cause of their claws
Cyan Pikmin: Immune to Ice, but immediately dies from fire.
Bomb Pikmin: Explode when thrown. Immune to explosions including their own. Explode and die when they touch fire.
I'd like two new pikmin types that i have come up with
One is Wood Pikmin. I haven't worked out everything, but they will float over deep water and their colour would be brown. I'm thinking it would be cool if when a captain holds it and goes over deep water, they will remain on the surface of the water and can reach other places that aren't possible to reach by simply walking under water. They might also have some interaction with other plants, but I haven't worked that out either. I have always thought of a pikmin type that focuses on nature so wood pikmin would work out better than simply a green pikmin. I would also think that this Pikmin type like a suggestion above will die instantly to fire or at least quicker than other pikmin. Their appearance would be like a wooden log with the leaf growing out of the top of the tree trunk. Also when it changes to bud and flower, it becomes a bit larger with three rings around the center like with trees in real life.
I would also like to have Sound Pikmin. These are pikmin types that use antennas on their heads to find their way through the dark. Darkness or blindness could be a new hazard in this game. It occurs in places where it's dark and hard to see, or where it's foggy. This hazard makes pikmin more likely to trip or get separated from the captain. They also can't carry things to their onion if they are in a dark room because they cannot find the right way back to the onion. Sound pikmin will therefore be able to rely on sounds, making them immune to this new hazard. They can help guiding other pikmin in doing tasks in places where it's hard to see. It might be required to have at least one sound pikmin when carrying something out of a dark room. I haven't determined the colour of this pikmin, black and white are already taken and orange wouldn't work either. If you have any ideas i would like to know. Perhaps sound pikmin will also have the ability to find hidden caves under ground by emitting sound waves into the ground, similar to how we use seismic activity to find oil in air pockets.

I think you should add 3 new Pikmin, parasitic pikmin can possess enemies using their abilities such as bulbears are powerful enemies you can ride around on, yeti pikmin could survive in snowstorms/blizzards and fan pikmin can blow away clouds of dust.
I still think it would be cool to have a pikmin type that focuses on nature. Wood Pikmin could interact with plants and help them grow. In pikmin 3, yellow pikmin could light up rooms to make platforms sprout, so it could be similar to that. I also think that they could float on water without drowning, but are very weak to fire. I picture them as wooden logs with a plant growing out of the top.
